Her homemade concoctions made her victory garden the most amazing--and strange--in Paragon City. She joined Allied Force and uses her astoundingly vigorous plants to fight villainy.

Vicky is able to 'fly' by floating aloft in a cloud of dandelion fluff. She can also call up an enormous vine she has named Bessie. Bessie is quite protective of Vicky, but ill-tempered when it comes to bad guys.
